The overall pampering experience! One area for consultation and creating the perfect natural color! Not one, but two relaxing and truly accommodating waiting areas while waiting for hair to process! The hair washing room. A completely seperate, super relaxing room. Not just a hair washing, a complete oasis with free paraffin hand dip and full scalp massage. I was even given options on the type of scalp massage I wanted. So much more than hair washing. Finally, I was brought to another room for a DRY haircut! DRY!!! That's right, the way I have asked other stylists to cut me because of all of my cow licks and crazy uneven waves! My hair has been restored!! But this was far beyond my expectations. I was hoping to leave with a more natural look and I did! But the experience itself was truly blissful! I think The Colorist Bar truly realizes how busy women's lives are and how most women don't have much time to treat themselves. This was the most relaxing mini spa vacation I have ever had. I left feeling beautiful and revitalized. As far as the service, completely respectful and professional. I have been searching for the right stylist ever since we moved. I have been to several high end, highly recommended salons. Many very nice. But I have found a stylist who truly listened to me and was able to make my crazy hair look neat and natural! I will continue going to the colorist salon as long as they are in business! The luxurious spa like feel and treatment was definitely a surprising and LOVED benefit. And last but not least, very very reasonably priced. Less then the high end salons I have tried but way better experience!

Katie and Brittany saved my day! After some physical trauma that left my scalp sore and tender, I wasn't sure my appointment was going to be as relaxing as usual. Katie was extra careful and extra gentle parting through my hair to do the color and find exactly where those tender spots were, and Brittany was an angel with a super gentle massage, avoiding the sore places altogether and making sure the water wasn't aimed directly at the tender places. They really went above and beyond to take care of me and I appreciate it so much!
